Conviva Audience is a leading streaming data application that provides business managers and executives a complete view of their streaming audiences across streaming and social platforms, including composition, trends, and other factors that drive changes in the audience engagement. These insights empower decisions and content management actions that can increase engagement, boost retention, and increase monetization.

In addition, with the optional Audience Module customers can integrate demographic data from 3rd-party sources, such as Transunion, into Audience to boost segmentation and viewership insights with advanced use cases for both content and advertising audience analysis.

Within the Conviva application platform, Audience differs from VSI in the type of data analyzed and the targeted insights. Audience provides audience and viewership analysis based on historical data for daily and longer time frames, while VSI provides advanced streaming and quality of experience data based on real-time data feeds and historical data for minute, hourly, daily, and longer intervals.
