Data Access & Retention Policy
Conviva collects various data components that allow our customers to gain a deeper understanding of the quality of the digital experience of their applications and streaming video through numerous metrics, events, dimensions, and filtering capabilities. Conviva retains that data for varying periods of time, allowing comparison of data sets for days, weeks, months, or even years. The data access and retention terms for Conviva’s individual services and products are as follows:
