Integrate, Measure, Optimize

Conviva is the trusted source of measurement data for streaming TV. The Conviva streaming intelligence process starts with sensor integration, which enables sending player events and metadata to the Conviva backend.

Integrate

Conviva integration collect the events and metadata from players and video streams. These events and data provide the foundation for analysis across video performance, engagement, and much more.

Measure and Optimize

After validating the integration data, use Conviva applications to measure and optimize your video stream performance and audience engagement.

For example, in the Video Diagnostics view, select an anomaly in the time series and access the Viewer Sessions Drill-Down to drill down from data aggregated by filters and dimensions to the impacted viewer sessions, filter those sessions by different levels of impact, and display related metadata and metrics, including custom tags. Then, use the session links to access the full viewer's journey in Viewers Module.
