docs.conviva.ai is the single documentation home for all Conviva products — Video Streaming Insights (VSI) across the Video, App, and Ads surfaces, Conviva Precision, Conviva Connect, the Conviva Sensor SDKs, and Conviva MCP.

In-app help

As of the August 6, 2026 release, the help links inside Conviva Pulse open documentation on docs.conviva.ai. Selecting the help control (?) in the Pulse header takes you to the documentation for the surface you are working in, so you no longer need to leave Pulse and search separately for the right reference.

Finding what you need

• Search — the search box at the top of every page indexes the full documentation set, including metric definitions, release notes, and SDK reference material. Results are ranked across all products, so you can search by metric name, feature name, or symptom.
• Browse by product — the left sidebar is organized by product and surface. See VSI Product Surfaces for how Video, App, and Ads map to what you see in Pulse.
• Release notes — What's New in Conviva Apps collects release notes for every product in one place, and each product also has its own What's New page.

Linking to documentation

Documentation URLs are stable and safe to bookmark or share in runbooks and tickets. Link to a specific page — for example https://docs.conviva.ai/vsi-video/whats-new/ — rather than to the site root, and deep-link to a section anchor when you are pointing at one part of a longer page.
