Session Tags
Session tags are player metadata that is defined when Conviva code is integrated with your player. Each tag describes a bit of information that your player sends to Conviva. When you look at viewer data, you can choose which of the available tags you want to display. Each company has a unique set of tags based on players and business needs. You can display up to 19 tags at a time.
Typical session tags include browser name, device operating system, and device model.
Note: Only Admin users can view and select Session Tags for Viewer Module, Viewer Module API and Session Source Data.
To choose tags for Viewer Sessions:

In the Settings icon, select Feature Settings.

The Session Tags page appears. Click the Session Tags tab to display a list of the available tags.

Click check boxes for up to 19 tags.

Click Save.
