Modules moving to Conviva DPI Updated Aug 6, 2026
Five workflow modules are being removed from VSI App by 31 August 2026:
- Paths
- Funnels
- Pattern Analytics
- Predictive Intelligence
- Cohort Replay
The use cases behind them — cross-session journey analysis, behavioral pattern detection, and predictive modeling — are now addressed in Conviva Digital Patterns Insights (DPI), a separate standalone product. Consolidating them there removes the duplication of running the same capabilities across two products.

What this means for you
- The five modules remain available in VSI App until they are removed. Existing dashboards, metrics, alerts, and filters outside these modules are unaffected.
- Everything else in VSI App — Trends, Overview, Real-Time Monitoring, AI Alerts, Journey Analytics (Flows), User Timeline, Custom Dashboards, and Custom Metrics — continues unchanged.
