QoE and KPI Metrics
QoE and KPI metrics capture measurable indicators derived from user interaction and technical performance data that reflect the quality and reliability of digital experiences. These metrics quantify the impact of performance issues on user sessions, highlighting areas where poor experience may affect engagement, satisfaction, or retention.
Use the Overview dashboard to display Frustration Signals related to the current Flows. Clicking a signal name opens the preset page for detailed analysis of the user impact and signal behavior.

| Mins Impacted |
The percentage of impacted minutes. A minute is considered impacted if the minute meets either of the conditions:

Active Devices |
|
| Mins with ANR |
The percentage of one-minute intervals in app sessions with the conviva_anr (Application Not Responding) event. The metric is calculated as the count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with the conviva_anr (Application Not Responding) event, divided by the count of active minutes. Note: Enabling the # mode displays the metric in number format, representing the total count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with the conviva_anr (Application Not Responding) event. In this metric, Mins indicates the one-minute intervals during which at least one metric impact occurred. |
N/AActive Devices |
|
| Mins with Bad Events |
The percentage of one-minute intervals in app sessions with bad events. The metric is calculated as the count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with bad events, divided by the count of active minutes. Note: Enabling the # mode displays the metric in number format, representing the total count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with bad events. In this metric, Mins indicates the one-minute intervals during which at least one metric impact occurred. |
Active Devices |
|
| Mins with Crash |
The percentage of one-minute intervals in app sessions with application crashes (over threshold). The metric is calculated as the count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with application crashes (over threshold), divided by the count of active minutes. Note: Enabling the # mode displays the metric in number format, representing the total count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with application crashes (over threshold). In this metric, Mins indicates the one-minute intervals during which at least one metric impact occurred. |
Active Devices |
|
| Mins with High App Startup Time |
The percentage of one-minute intervals in app sessions with app startup duration over the threshold. The metric is calculated as the count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with app startup duration over the threshold, divided the count of active minutes. Note: Enabling the # mode displays the metric in number format, representing the total count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with app startup duration over the threshold. In this metric, Mins indicates the one-minute intervals during which at least one metric impact occurred. |

| Mins with High Page Load Time |
The percentage of one-minute intervals in app sessions with page load duration over the threshold. The metric is calculated as the count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with page load duration over the threshold, divided by the count of active minutes. Note: Enabling the # mode displays the metric in number format, representing the total count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with page load duration over the threshold. In this metric, Mins indicates the one-minute intervals during which at least one metric impact occurred. |

| Mins with High Screen Load Time |
The percentage of one-minute intervals in app sessions with screen load duration over the threshold. The metric is calculated as the count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with screen load duration over the threshold, divided by the count of active minutes. Note: Enabling the # mode displays the metric in number format, representing the total count of one-minute intervals in app sessions with screen load duration over the threshold. In this metric, Mins indicates the one-minute intervals during which at least one metric impact occurred. |

|
| Quality of Experience Index (Beta) |
The percentage of non-impacted minutes. A minute is considered as non-impacted minute when the minute meets all of the conditions:
The percentage metric is calculated by dividing the number of non-impacted minutes by the number of active minutes. |
