User Active Time (Ended)

The total session lifetime active user time, in hours, of the sessions that ended during the current interval, not including the timeout window.

To measure user active time and sessions, Conviva defines a user session as:

• Beginning: Begin with a user event, including custom and mapped events that trigger a session, excluding network requests, page pings, and heartbeats.
• Continuing: Continue as long as any event is received before the 5-minute timeout window.
• Ending: End when no events, including any network requests, page pings, and heartbeats, are received within the 5-minute timeout window.
