Invite a User

How to invite a new user to your account and assign them a role in Conviva VSI.

  1. Choose Feature Settings from the Settings menu and in User Management click Invite User.

  2. Enter an email address

  3. Choose a user role, such as Admin orStaff.

  4. Click Invite User.

Subsequently, Pulse will send an invitation email to the user's email address for completion of the registration process.
